1.      You Communicate Quickly.  You have a smart phone (DROID, iPhone or something similar) and Teamknow how to use it.  When an email needs to be sent from the road or a quick message needs to be texted you know how to do it.  You understand there’s no better time than the present to connect with someone or find a solution to one of their real estate needs.

2.      You Are Unique.  You have unique strengths.  Maybe you are a strong negotiator, an excellent marketer or focused on helping investors buy multi-family homes.  You like to give input and be appreciated by the team for your contributions.
