Find Your Passion

SummerToday is officially the 2nd day of school vacation.  What fun it is to juggle the kids between work and wanting to go and have fun with them.  It brings you back to the old days when money really didn't matter.  To have that mind set again would be invaluable...not worried about the bills or how to get ahead.  It's funny too because no matter how much money the average American makes we find a way to need to spend it.  I know people that have income of over $20,000 per month and they are flat broke.

I guess it goes back to the stories you hear as a child, do something you will like to do, find your passion, save money for yourself first.  I am happy I found my passion with real estate.  It is so much fun to me and I am involved in it in so many different ways...teaching, short sales, training, selling, buying, seminars, investors, broker pricing opinions, coaching, foreclosures.  I learn new ways of working with real estate affairs every day.Work

Today I have 2 Broker Pricing Opinions to do, finish up a Comparative Market Analysis, bring the kids to the track, water the garden, make a bunch of phone calls, and decide what is the best internet service I am going to switch to for the office in Manchester and get through my emails.  That's not hard stuff but many of those items are time consuming.  I look at it the way a buddy of mine at the gym does, he says "I already won half the battle today, I woke up and I am still breathing."  LOL...I'm going for much more than that today but he does make a good point.
