 We have team members available to help the elderly, needy and disabled homeowner in:
areas with "small or odd-jobs around the house": painting, cleaning, yard work, small repairs, raking, faucet repair, small carpentry, lock installation, weatherizing and more around the house.

Let us know if you know a homeowner that could use our help. There is no obligation on their part.

Vision Of Our Volunteer Program

Mission:
Improve the lifestyle and wellbeing of elderly, disabled & disadvantaged homeowners.
Vision:
The program has been developed to focus on helping homeowners (elderly, disabled & disadvantaged) who can’t maintain or make small repairs to the home they own.
Most jobs will be team-oriented.
Volunteers will help with tasks such as:

Landscaping (raking, cleaning, mowing yards – cutting bushes & small branches)

Removing snow (stairs, sidewalks, driveways)

House clean-up
-
Spring/Fall yard clean-ups
-
Painting rooms, porches, and small exterior jobs
-
Improving security of home; change locks, repair doorways, windows

Install wheel chair ramps
-
Replace doors
-
Weatherization of homes
-
Repair windows/screens
-
Fix a faucet
-
Fixing broken steps
-
Install grab bars
-
Basement/garage clean out
Considerations for HomeOwner:

There is no obligation.

There is no cost for labor.
-
Program will make donations of materials for each job, when decided upon and ability exists.
-
A waiver for injury or damage will be signed for each job or a specific time period.
-
Pictures of team effort will be taken and posted.
